one xl loading screen ?

hi guy thought id see if anyone here was able to help
im stuck on this screen tried hard reset via the on off button and my pc cannot find it any ideas

The ONE XL is not reset by using the power switch, there's a dedicated reset switch...

But from the Serial number on the screenshot of the diagnostics screen you posted (starting "RB....") it looks like you've got an "XL (30 Series)" which *is* reset using the power switch.

If you connect to the PC first and THEN switch on, does it still go straight to that diagnostics screen?
