ONE 2nd Edition Battery acting funny - HELP

The battery indicator on my ONE will go from a full charge to a 1/2 yellow indicator to a flashing red indicator and back to green with no specific reason. Now it acts like my cable is not fully conecting. Any help would be appreciated.

Is this happening with the unit connected via a car charger or with the usb cable? Have you tried a reset on the unit?
