Not loading

Am a new Go 930 and when I go to TT Home and go to my contents it is stuck on the not loading....also wont operate operate my TT....it did work a few days ago...I added some opening and closing screens..could that have messed it up..how do I get it to work again....Thanks much PLG

If you've upgraded to firmware 8.302, the emulator (Operate My Unit) isn't working on a pc. Try again in a few days.
