No sound with iPod Touch

I've just bought an 940 so I could use it with my iPod Touch. I bought the Active Dock with iPod support and the Ipod connect cable.

I can see all my ipod music and change tracks but there is no sound. The sound is fine just using the tomtom on it's own.

Any ides please.

What are you having in speaker preferences? Line-out?

I changed my speaker preferences to Line-Out but still no sound so I changed it back to internal speaker and it worked. Many thanks for your help . I spoke to someone from TomTom on the phone but they hadn't a clue .
