no phone sound....

I tried to search for a previous thread on this but did not find anything. I have an older 700 and the phone sound does not work The bluetooth phone is recognized and the calls come through or go through but the sound does not work for just the phone calls. The voice sound from the system does work ("you have reached your destination etc). The phone ringing sounds come through just not the person's voice

Any suggestions? Have 630 miles to drive and would like to use the Tom Tom for my phone. Thanks~

First try a pin reset:

If that doesn't work, what is the version of your application and map? Sometimes newer app versions can be compatible with more phones, and sometimes just replacing the application version will fix the corruption on the unit.
