Newbie here (HI) with big 125se problems. HELP??

Hi everyone!! I am a newbie here and to the gps world. My hubby got a tomtom 125se (from Walmart blitz sale) and I am having 2 huge issues with it.

1. It stopped talking (it still will talk if you hit test) it happened after I hooked it up to the computer and hit update and looked around on the home program.

2. SO I read some forums and I saw it was told to someone to hold down the power button for 15 seconds to reset it. Well I did that, and still no voice, AND can't get a GPS signal..

I even reset to factory settings, NOTHING HAPPENS!!!

Is there a TOTAL reset button anywhere?? That I can totally reset it?

Are you sure you have a computer voice selected?

Positive.. It worked until I hooked it up to update it.

Did you make a backup prior to the update??
