New User - Looking for a thread

I've was browsing the forum a few days ago and I came upon a thread that had a bunch of screen shots and step by step instructions on correcting the location of a POI. I've been searching and searching and just can't seem to find the thread I came across. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ah yes. I would like to have an 3rd party application for this. The application would create a log on what the user has deleted. Then I would like that log to be sent to me or the TomTomForums Staff.
If a programer can come up with this, please let me know.
