See from a TomTom email that the app for the iPhone has a new price (in the $35-40 range). I'm tempted given that Lifetime maps are included.
But. . . .
I'll probably be upgrading my iPhone 4 to either the 5 or newer (assuming a new intro) in the Fall of this year. Does anyone know if the app is portable to a new phone or would I have to pay again? Seems to me you should be able to move from one to another i.e. what if you had a phone that broke and wasn't repairable?
I'm leaning towards not jumping on this app offer if I'd have to buy again with a new phone.
