Hi.
I have TomTom Trucker 6000 with this navcore 17.300.0018.311.
With TomTom MyDrive Connect i can not find last navcore update 18.202.0024.
I can not find any navcore update. Shows me your device is up to date.
I think my navcore or butloader has some errors.
If anyone can help me with last butloader and this navcore 17.300.0018.311 or 18.202.0024. and a way to upload in device.

17.300 is a bit old. I am surprised you weren't already at 18.102 or 18.103 at least, or 18.200 from last summer.

If you want to force an update of your existing firmware, give this a try >> https://www.tomtomforums.com/threads/new-style-tomtoms-emergency-recovery-mode.28614/
It will back you up to the recovery version on your device, and then MDC will offer you more recent firmware.

Canderson Thancks for your reply. I tried these methods but without result after recovery same navcore 17.300.0018.311. I contacted the TomTom Help service and they answered my device has some error and looks like it have the latest version but not have.This is the reason for which does not update.TomTom Help service they told me to send him for repairs. I am truck driver i can not send device now.
I need one navcore to upload myself in device if anyone can help me. Maybe after upload error will be erased.

If anyone can help me with last butloader and this navcore 17.300.0018.311 or 18.202.0024. and a way to upload in device.

Even if we had access to that firmware, there would be no way that you could load it to your device. Unlike the old days, everything must be accomplished through MyDrive Connect. Did tech support attempt to 'push' a newer version to your device?

I do not know i spoke to UK suport because i am from Europe. They told me device has some error and looks like it have the latest version but not haveand send him for repairs.
