mp3 player inop

Have a Go 730. Tried to play mp3 files (they list as mp3 format). My TT does not see them. TT says "NO SONGS FOUND". Used 4 different SD cards including 1 SDHC 4 GB card . No luck. Files play ok on PC and SANSA mp3 player. PC reads and plays all cards ok.
Reformated SD cards on PC, still no luck.
Anybody have an idea???

Perhaps.

The mp3 files MUST be in a folder called mp3 (all lower case) whether on a sdhc card or a folder by the same name on internal.
