Mount for start50

I just bought a bean bag mount for my tom tom start 50 but the swivel on the tomtom will only allow me to mount it on the bean bag mount upside down is there any way that the swivel can be moved from where it is now to the opposite side of the tom tom which would then allow it to be mounted right way up as I notice there is what seems to be a socket in the opposite position but it has what appears to be a slider in the possible hole How do I get this out and can this whole mount be mounted on the opposite side ?
