Louder volume on navigator 6 and ipaq?

I'm running navigator 6 on my ipaq 2490 and have the volume at 100% and it is still not loud enough for me to hear very well. I'm not hard of hearing at all. Is the a hack or fix to set the volume higher?

Solved!

Feel free to kick me in the butt.........................I clicked on the "speaker icon" at the top of the ipaq and the volume was set at almost the lowest it would go.
