Loading App screen

I am trting TT Go app on Android Auto Wireless. The navigation seems to work fine but every few minutes the 'Loading App' screen pops up over the map for a few seconds.

Not right surely?

I've been getting that bug for years. I just press the microphone and tell Android Assistant to plan a route somewhere, and then it clears the stuck "loading app" screen. This is how I plan routes normally anyways so I just ignore the screen.

Sorry I missed something you said. I get loading app occasionally per startup.

If you get loading app every few minutes then the app is crashing/restarting. See if you can open battery settings on the phone, and go to the power saving settings and set Tomtom to never be disabled (or always run) in background. Some phones don't realize that Android Auto apps, when in the background on the phone, are still projecting to the car, and the phone inappropriately disables them.
