I suspect 'restore to factory defaults' may do the job but that's pretty draconian as that'll blow all your other custom settings away, too.......

Next time you post there again, you can tell Andy that the Miles/KM setting
changes any time I switch Language from German to English (UK).
At the same time the clock is changed from 24 hours to AM/PM.

Yeah, I thought about that too but I'm not ready to get that drastic just to see if it brings that one item up again. Maybe when I update maps again I'll give it a try.
