itinerary from comp to gps

Is there a program or a way to setup an itinerary in say, google maps or some other map program and then plug the gps into the computer (or bluetooth) and send that itinerary to the gps? as opposed to typing in all the destinations on the gps itself?

You'll also find that the *.itn files are straightforward (no binary) and can be tweaked with a text editor if you ever find the need. The only oddity (to my mind) is that you have to be careful about naming waypoints with characters like " and - and # such that they don't display oddly. I've found that these can throw off the parsing.

Don't be surprised when you find that Tyre is added as an entry in the tabs for Home, either!
