Is XL-S can dial POI or HELP ME! numbers?

If you mean, "Can the XL-S dial one of those phone numbers or past the number to a cell phone?" the answer is no. There's no integration with a phone like that as far as I know for THIS unit.

So it is only for the PLUS service: trafic, weather...
