Is Tomtom XL 330 compatible with windows 7?

Is the Tomtom XL 330 compatible with windows 7. I have read several reviews now that state huge compatibility issues with devices locking and freezing during updates and such. I am wondering if I should perhaps go with something else.

I am using the XL 340 LIVE on Windows 7 Professional 64bit, which is very similar
It doesn't allow you to "Operate my XL" however it does update maps, data, voices, etc, and allow you to backup and restore

edit:
it seems that "Operate my XL" works today
It downloaded some files and it now work with windows 7

Everything works fine with my XXL 540TM - I have Windows 7.
