iphone 4 app route data

Hi, new member here. Had the iPhone 4 app for a while. Great GPS.

I did some search myself but could not find any good answers. So here it goes:

Does the app save the last route in a log file? Complete with road information and speed as well as distance and time information?

I am not talking about 3rd party apps that run alongside TomTom and records the information. Does TomTom have something build in to it that gets replaced each time a new route is entered?

The answer is No. You have to use a 3rd party program (like Motion GPX). But I have not found any programs with the functionality of Tripmaster for TT PND where each point is saved with information like speed, time of day, time since start, altitude etc.
