I wanted to mount by TT in a different place than all of the attachments you can buy. I looked around and came up with the following that cost me about $12.50.
I bought a swivel clamp on lamp at Lowes for $10. Took it apart and removed the metal socket and the wiring. I punched out 4 small pieces of plastic on the inside of the plastic socket that had held the metal socket, I then glued the metal nut that holds on the plastic socket. I glued a piece of plexiglass onto the plastic nut and then screwed the post onto it. Put two pieces of velcro on the make sure the suction cup did not come loose and it was ready to go.
