Incomplete traffic information

There is an exit on a highway that's closes from the beginning of february until 2030. But when the traffic info is on on my via 62 this exit is not closed for my GPS allthough the authority who has to enter this data in the database for GPS manufactors told me they entered it in the database. Does anyone know where I can ask TomTom if they got this information? When I ask the assistent I get all kinds of links but none of them are usefull in this case.

I reported it and I did an update of my device after my report was marked solved and I also checked it on mydrive, but my GPS still wants me to take the exit. So there's probably something going wrong when I'm doing an update of my GPS. My device is a Via 62.

Once you have reported it, it takes some time for TT to roll the change into the map releases. When you say "I did an update", did that include a new map? If so, you may have to wait for the next release which is a quarterly event for a Via 62 generation device.
