I Think I've Killed it

Tried to do some upates earlier today, now mat unit gets stuck after start up with the tomtom screen and will go no further, i've tried the reset with the paperclip and holding down the on/off button but still not working, I can use the Tomtom home on my computer to operate it and I can see the files on the unit in windows explorer!! any ideas out there

Do you have a backup that you can restore from? If so, do that and then reinstall the new map.

Also, anything here help? Especially the last 2 links on the page.
