How do you get pictures into your Signature File?

I have sent messages to an Administrator and to "Contact us" on this forum asking why
I can't put a picture (link to photobucket) into my sig file.

No answer from either one!

Do the administrators of this forum ever answer questions?

Here is what I'd like my sig file to look like, but the pic won't load - I need permission.

It appears the picture is 162 x 149 pixels. The maximum is supposed to be 100 x 100, apparently. Perhaps, that is the issue.

These are the "Permissions" that I have for a sig file.

It isn't the file size causing the problem.

I cannot change these - can I?

I believe those restrictions are set by the owner of the board. We users have no control. As I suggested, why not put doggie's picture in your Profile location (yes, I'm aware, the photo there will be lost.)

I suspect the owner wants to decrease total bandwith useage by limiting what goes in a sig file. Heaven knows that which some users have right now are very large in size; a photo would make that area all the larger.
