grayed-out pictures in voice menu

deleting grayed-out pictures in voice menu - One

I have recently purchased a refurbished One 130S, i am trying to eliminate the grayed-out pictures associated with voices that I will never use. Can someone tell me how it's done?

In Home, Manage My Device, Device tab, Voices, you can check voices you won't need and have Home remove them. Keep a computer voice, though.
