Highway numbers showing up for some roads

I just updated to the latest map. After updating I have noticed that a lot of the roads that used to be named now has Highway 7557 for example. This is very annoying as this was the case on my tomtom when i first bought it, before updating maps the last time. Now with a new map seems im going back instead of improving. The unit I have is a Tomtom One V3. Could someone help me out with this. I tried looking through the preferences but didnt see that they had changed from previous update.

They started this with two updates ago. I complained on mapshare and now they give both name and number.on most Long Island roads. It is real annoying especially for people that do not know the area. Complain in your email support on tomtom home and in mapshare. The more complaints the better.
