Sorry, should have been more clear.

A TomTom ONE v2 has a SiRF chip which can be identified by the logo on the bottom of the device and it comes with a SD card. A TomTom ONE v3 does NOT have the SiRF logo and it does NOT come with an SD card because it has !GB internal memory.
