Help- "Where Am I?" Has me in the wrong city and state!

Hi All

This is the 2nd 720 (exchanged) and BOTH have the same problem. When I hit the help button to find out where I am, it shows the correct map BUT has me in anorther city and state! Heeeeeeeeeeeeelp

I'm assuming that you have a good satellite lock when you do this.

Otherwise, how does it function when you are driving and routing you somewhere?

Yes, the lock is good. Other than that, it's fine. It's just the help where am I button, does not help.

mine shows the wrong city, but the correct road, map and lat/ long. why is it important to you for this function to work, the map shows you where you are? this is just a new function, prob. has a few bugs still.

Theres not much you can do here other than report it to TomTom.

I have the same issue as Locotuss where the street is correct but the city is wrong.
