Help, ONE 3rd edition is going crazy

Hi, I ordered a refurb'd ONE 3rd edition. Worked great when I got it -- a few problems with maps and stuff but overall good. I changed the bootup and ending screens but otherwise it is untouched. Lately, its been going crazy. The touch screen is non-responsive at times or it does its own thing as if it has a mind of its own. Does anyone else have this problem? I don't know what to do with it..

Try Restore to Factory Settings.

hello, i tried that and though it helped temporarily -- it is still doing its own thing. I have a screen protector film on it, could that affect it somehow? Even when using a stylus, other buttons are being pressed, etc. Thanks again
