It's offered for Cdn$499, or about $50 cheaper than the ONE's original price last August. Not a bad deal actually.

Yup, as I mentioned before in the Hot Deals thread, the $499 price point was for the US but it looks like Canadians get the same pricing which is a good deal.

BestBuy Labour Day Wknd. Sale

BestBuy in Canada had the 720 for sale on-line for $424.99 Cndn during the Labour Day Weekend only. This was an excellent buy. Need to add PST and GST on 13%. Brings it to $480.24.
Shipping in Canada was a $4.00 or $12.00 option. In-store pickup was offered but most stores in my area "mysteriously" had no stock on the weekend but did after the long weekend.

I think you mean its on sale in the US, in Canada the site still says $499.
