GO Discover 7 premium services will not update

Hello, the premium services on this device expired in October 2023. This past week I have tried repeatedly to renew this online. No matter which payment option I attempt (CC, PayPal), the order appears to be taken but then ends with this:

"We have successfully received your order XXXXXXXXX, but your payment status is unknown." (Xs are actual order numbers.)

And says the order can't be processed. No money has been taken from my account. The message says to call a number but it's not a US number, despite my having told the TomTom site I am shopping in the US.

If the payment is refused by the bank security provider, it is because when you fill in your information there are errors in the information requested.

So neither the forum nor Tomtom customer service can help you.

Thanks but all my payment information was correctly entered by me, in multiple tries. The problem is not on my end. I also tried using some TomTom chatbot but get only automated replies, none of which help me. Is there a U.S. customer service phone number that takes me to a human being?

Have you tried purchasing the service from another computer.

Normally, if the payment is refused, it is because your bank is refusing the money transfer.
And a customer service agent will not be able to help you banking information is confidential.

There is no longer a telephone to contact Tomtom you must contact Tomtom via chat during office hours.
