Hello, the premium services on this device expired in October 2023. This past week I have tried repeatedly to renew this online. No matter which payment option I attempt (CC, PayPal), the order appears to be taken but then ends with this:
"We have successfully received your order XXXXXXXXX, but your payment status is unknown." (Xs are actual order numbers.)
And says the order can't be processed. No money has been taken from my account. The message says to call a number but it's not a US number, despite my having told the TomTom site I am shopping in the US.
