Issue with user account & password - Go Discover

Hi all,

I'm a UK user and I've just purchased a Go Discover 6-inch to use on a trip to the USA.

I did own a Tom Tom some years ago, so tried to log in using my previous account. I get a notice saying there is problem with the account so I've tried a password reset. No reset e-mail comes through.

I then think, my account is deleted as its old so try and set up again, only to get a message that my e-mail already exists. Chatbot is useless and I try to obtain a number to call. Chatbot says I need to log into my account - but that is the issue.

Can anyone advise?

Reset password not working.

Instead of bother with your old account, create a new Tomtom account with a new email address and a new password.
 
Thanks, and this is an option but I want to use my actual e-mail.

Anyone else have any idea how to contact Tom Tom customer service without having to log into an account?
 
Thanks again Willy875. Maybe it's just me but I can't see an e-mail to use from this link. I need to log into my account to send an email. This I can't do.
