GO 750 not starting!

Hi,
Updated my GO 750 with new version of map, unit will not swich on. fully charged, green light on , press and hold on/off button untill finger goes numb but nothing happens!
Contacted Tomtom who responded to press reset button! where is that then! according to Tom tom the on/off is the reset. can anyone help?

Hold the power button about 10 seconds till you hear the drum sound if your model does not have a dedicated reset hole on the bottom.

Tried that several times making sure unit fully charged and holding button in has no effect! :rant:

When you say it doesn't turn on, is the screen totally black or does it start to boot up but hang at some screen??

black screen all the time, no lights, sound or anything!

Won't turn on when connected to computer or car or both?

If you connect your unit (either of you) to your PC and try to turn it on, does your PC recognize your unit as an external drive?
