Go 730 wont charge

I normally leave my 730 in the truck connected to the charger. I take it home about once every 2 or 3 weeks to download updates. I have noticed the last few times that it has a low battery when I unplug it from the truck. I brought it home and plugged it into the dock and after 3 days it still has a low battery and will shut off after a few seconds. It's only 8 months old.... Any tricks to get it to charge?

The batteries on those units tend to crap out over time (My 720 is two years old and the battery lasts maybe 2 minutes (!) ).

However, yours, being seven months old, is still under warranty. I'd call support at 866-486-6866.
