deleting files

i accidently placed a file in the root directory of my xl330 . i would like to remove that. i tried using the del cmd but the computer says it does not see file. Please i have typed the file name in correctly or at least i have done so.

Use Windows Explorer to view the contents of the device, locate the file you want to remove right click it and select delete from the available options.

I would seriously suggest you make a full backup of the device BEFORE you delete anything from it as you might eraze something important by accident - Mike
