Just like to say how happy I am with the customer services center in OZ my go live 1000 TT battery died rang TT and was told to take it back to the shop and it was sent away for repair it was replaced with a new 2050 and working fine I was talking to Evan at the center and found him very helpful thanks Evan.The time it took for the unit to get form NZ to OZ and back was very fast so thanks TT grate services.

Thanks Steveo for the positive upbeat post! Too often we only hear of complaints. The few times I have had to deal with CS I have found them to go out of their way to be helpful. Theirs is a thankless job . . .
