Hey!

I have smart fortwo recently I've tried to update my maps, and during the update, it corrupted official sd card. Could you please tell me, how can i redownload maps?
I still have 3 month warranty in my smart media connect it cannot see as connected SD card, which means it cannot trigger the updates, so the question is how can i trigger it? Maybe someone will help me to build config files using my s/n?

is there a way to re-download maps for my serial number and not pay for a new SD card? I've called today UK support, and they have told me that this is a hardware problem, not our problem, a second time when I called them they hangup .. .

on the pictures you may see before update and after corrupted update its not even shows version of the map :(
