contact list?

used to have names of contacts with the phone numbers.not sure what happened but now there are just phone numbers with no contact names is there an easy way to get the list back where there are names and numbers?

was hoping not to have to go that route because at one time i had both but didnt manually do it it was all done for me.but i guess im gonna have to do it this way thanks.
