Connect to Computer? --> Yes --> TT reboots!

Ugh.

So, I've had my 720 for about a year and never had ANY troubles updating or connecting to TT Home. Today, I go to connect and update. There's a new version of TT Home available! Great! So, I download it. Now, when I go to connect my 720 to my computer, every time it asks if I want to connect, I select "yes" and the 720 just reboots and goes to the LEGAL NOTICE screen. I agree to that, I get the "Welcome to Tom Tom Go 720" message and then right into GPS.

Here's the info I pulled from the device screen:

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

have you tried a simple pin reset?

Connect to Home. Start the emulator (Operate my Unit). Move to Manage Favourites. Make a single change. Add a favourite, delete one, edit one, you choose. Now, disconnect the unit PROPERLY from the computer (Home's Device-->Disconnect). Restart the 720. Is it ok now?
