Hello everyone!

My tomtom will not turn on anymore. I let the battery run down the other day and now the screen stays grey even when it is plugged in and the little green charging light is on.

Any ideas guys?

Different problem, same solution. It happened to my sister, exactly same thing.

Just ensure you leave the TT plugged-in long enough to get a full charge so, a few hours at least. Once that's done, unplug and follow above instruction.
