Hi guys can anyone please help?

I recently updated my sd card via tomtom home and since then i now have no alerts on speed cameras or poi's.

Its the alerts on the speed cameras that iam really bothered about. There is no where on the device that makes a difference.

I spoke with holly at tomtom customer services and she sent me an email with how to fix it.

1. making sure the alerts are enabled, which they are.

2. go to home, select cameras, remove items from device, select items on comp tab. select cameras, remove off comp, main menu, update device, make sure speed cameras selected, update and install.

All to no avail , still not working.

Any ideas?

Are they Tomtom-supplied cameras? Or 3rd party cameras?

If Tomtom cameras, are the cameras showing on the upper left, just without the audio alert? Or are they not showing at all?

Do you have a backup of the SD card prior to the update?
