Can't convert .csv to .ov2 with POIEdit

I downloaded these POIs from a garmin forum but POIEdit won't open these files. Please help. How can I amend them so that it'll open. Thanks!

In principle, POIEdit should be able to work with Garmin files. Perhaps there is something irregular about these ones.

I attached the converted files here.

The NFL POI had incorrect delimiters, (""), two quotation marks. I removed them manually.

I then used a program called POI Verifier which I removed the breaklines. I did this for all 4 of them. The POI Verifier is not a free program by the way.

I was then able to open them using POIEdit and then save them as an *.ov2.

Let me know if it works.
