Cant connect after update

    Hi all

    I recently bought a GO LIVE 1005 which works well.

    I updated new maps etc.

    Since I cannot connect to the internet for further updates..help!!

    Using MyDrive I would assume?

    "...cannot connect to the internet..." doesn't tell us enough.

    Can we assume that your PC connects well enough to the internet for other things?
    Can we assume that when you plug your 1005 into your PC, it is recognized? (You get the USB ding, but it shows up as a 'network device').
    Can we assume that you've got the MyDrive software up and running? (Look in the systray in the lower right corner .. you should have MyTomTom or MyDrive in a little circle).
    Can we assume that your web browser brings up a new tab when your 1005 is connected?

    What is it that you are saying does / does not happen when you connect your unit?

    That should mean that he has connected properly at one time.

    I agree, to try to help we need to know what is happening, step by step.
