CamperMax 7" version 23 to 24

Hay guys not sure if this is the right place to ask but I received a new camper max at Christmas it's YC version. My question is would anyone know how to update my software from version 23 to version 24 so i can get the enhanced early warnings or do you think TomTom might update it one day ? Thanks

Normally new updates are indicated on the GPS.

Have you registered your GPS on the Tomtom website?
have you connected it to your home wi-fi.?

Hay Yup everything is connected and registered, but it is still running 2023 application software. when the unit has the same spec as the new versions apart form the screen res

Apparently unless I'm mistaken, the GO Camper Max would still have version 23.100.0003

If you don't have any updates to suggest, I think you should contact Tomtom support
