Austin Powers, Mini Me voice

Is the Austin Powers, mini Me voice available from anywhere?

Does anyone agree that this would be a great voice? I have Mr. T from navtones.com and am hoping they get Mini Me so I can have what I feel would be the two best voices around.

I'm sure more voices will come to me, but this is what I want right now and want to know if you agree that it would be a cool voice?

I've got all three Movies on DVD and I'm pretty sure he never talks ,so how could there be a voice?
