att tilt with TT910

I have purchased the New ATT Tilt in replacement of my blackberry. I am trying to connect the Tilt to TT910 for traffic. I am subscribed to the media net 3g unlimited data plan. I have paired the phone and TT910. As the phone is not listed under device choices, I selected the Tmobile MDA. I then selected the Cingular ( media works option ) in USA. TT connects to my phone maybe once or twice out of 10 tries. I need to know how TT can be added as a trusted device so it connects to the 3g network on the TILT without giving the error message, could not connect to wireless data plan, check device for settings.
