Antenna location for xxl 540s

Please advise me where the antenna is located in a TomTom XXL 540S.

I heard it might be part of the car charger??

Are you talking about the antenna for traffic? If so, the antenna should look like this:

and the antenna is part of the plastic grey 'egg' you see in the photo

I wasn't talking about the antenna for traffic, but thanks for explaining where the traffic antenna for traffic is!

I was asking about where the basic antenna for the GPS functions was. Do you know?

It's a gps chip built into the device, not an antenna, that gets the gps signal from the satellites.

The antenna will be a light brown ceramic square affixed in a perpendicular fashion to the top/north side of the logic board. It has leads which solder into the logic board. These can be replaced. Here's a picture of what it typically will look like. Not all look the same but they are of similar size and hue, some are a darker brown and some are more cream colored. It is visible in this photo.

That is pointing to the speaker plug. Just the best pic I could find.
