920 in England power question

I'm going to England next month. Do I need a different car adapter than the one that came with the 920. I know I'll need an adapter for the wall plug, but I can't find anything about English rental cars.

TomTom Use in UK Rental Cars

I have been using either a 910 or a 920 in England and France for the past three years on trips there. The 12 volt cigar lighter attachment that comes with the unit is perfectly adequate for use in left hand drive cars. One thing I did find extremely helpful are the Speed Camera warnings. I go often enough and drive that I believe it is beneficial to have updated warnings by subscribing.

My usual driving environment is in California.
