l updated my 920 now all on screen is you cannot use this map on this device Australia- 14 press ok hit cancel say select a map Australia comes up cancel again only way out of the circle is to close no data at all screen saver comes on and nothing. l tried reset nothing happens circle starts a battery sign on screen then shuts down

Did you by chance get your 720 on ebay rather than from TomTom directly or a legitimate retailer?

No brought my 920 from tomtom after my go 500 needed updating few years ago

Do you have the latest application (9.510) on the device?

Can you try a pin reset on the bottom of the device?

Yes tried the pin reset nothing happened, l update every few weeks not shaw if it is (9.510) on it
