920 and Nokia 9555 problems

I have a 920 and a Nokia 6555. The 6555 is not listed in the 920 when you do the "phone set-up". The 920 said it connected correctly to the phone but I cannot get weather nor transfer my contacts from phone.

Anyone have any suggestions?
