740 - Home - Live

I received my TT 740 Live yesterday. Out of the box it worked fine - connected to the Live Server etc.

I connected it to Home and it downloaded updates as it should.

Today I turned it on - it connected to Live services fine - showed my traffic - did a Google search - all was well.

I turned it off while I made a stop. When I returned, it wouldn't connect to the Live Services server at all.

When home, I connected to Home and when I tried to log in (with or without the TT connected) I got a message that the server was having internal problems - and couldn't connect.

Are the Home server and Live servers connected or the same?

Anyone else having this problem?

Has this happened before? And if so, how long has it lasted?
 
TomToms' complete bunch of servers have sporadic issues all the time.

Try a bit later and see how things are.
 
Update - all seems okay now ... Home and Live servers are being connected to.

Thanks! I was worried as I know that some of the early model 740's have been known to have a connection problem.
 
I noticed sometime after 11 EST today that traffic was down on the 740. Hadn"t used it this afternoon so didn't notice if/when it became available again.
