550 Live registration

My first post so go easy.
Can some kind person advise me if my "live membership" is up and running?
My Tomtom was purchased from QVC and came bundled with 12 months free live service. I printed the form and sent this to Tomtom along with the QVC receipt but have not heard anything.
Does Tomtom send confirmation?
Have yet to give the Tomtom a run, so I don't know what to expect from the live service.

Welcome to the forum, Switch the device on and tap the screen, select Live Services now select "My Services" bottom left and on the screen will be a summary of the subscription period applicable to your account along with the expiry date - If you need the UK support number its 0845 161 0009 - Mike
